Review of image plate LO07, the entire plate is skull designs

Image plate LO07 (the letters "LO" followed by the numbers "07") from USA ebay, the entire plate is skull designs, I'll show some of the other skulls at a later date.

Base color is a purple/black magnetic "franken" polish, to get the striped effect, then stamped with Konad (princess bottle) white, and Konad top coat.

I wore it like this for a few days, I then added Sinful Colors' "daddy's little girl" (a sheer violet/purple jelly with some microscopic purple glitter) on top to make the skulls purple, but my man thinks the glitter in it was overkill, he liked it better without it. I'm showing it to you both ways, so you can decide for yourself which look suits your own personal style better.

I actually took the glitter off before it dried. I don't like Sinful Colors' formula very much, it takes forever to dry and I ended up messing it up. However, that's OK, my new Bundle Monster series 3 plates arrived and I wanted to take this manicure off so I could play with them.

p.s. I should also mention that I have a Gelish LED cured gel manicure in Night Reflection underneath this.

  2. UGH!!! HOW do you stamp so perfectly!! I dont know wqhat is wrong with me but it never works for me!! the image doesnt go on to the stamper or if it does it is too light.... Or the rare time it does go on, It wont fully go on the nail...I have over 20 plates and I cant use them.......

    1. It takes some practice. You should join the FB group Adventures In Stamping, there is lots of helpful info there for newbies: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aistamping/?bookmark_t=group. What plates, polish and stamper are you trying to work with? Also the weather can affect things. When it is too hot I cant stamp, also an AC or fan blowing on you can make stamping impossible. It's part of the reason I am doing such infrequent updates to the blog now. I cant stamp in this weather, and even applying normal nail polish is giving me problems, with bubbling in the heat, or going on gloppy. :(
